HOW TO ORDER

Making your purchase
The easiest way to order is by phone between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Payment can be made by posting a cheque or by any of the major debit or credit cards via the telephone.

All prices stated are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery Service
If all the items you have ordered are in stock we will send you confirmation of this and will despatch your order once payment has been received and cleared (usually 3/5 working days). For items ordered that are either out of stock or bespoke we will contact you with expected delivery details.

Please let us know if your order is for a special occasion and we will endeavour to despatch it as quickly as possible.

On receipt of your order, please check your goods as soon as possible and report any breakages or damage immediately.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase we do offer a full money back guarantee, but ask that you return the goods to us within 14 days in the same condition that they were sent. We are happy to pay for return carriage costs for damaged goods or if the return is a result of our error.

Delivery Costs
Postage and packaging are charged at cost on a direct weight basis. We will notify you of these costs for your acceptance, prior to order confirmation and receipt of payment.

With items over 4000g or large bespoke items, delivery charges will be quoted individually for your acceptance, prior to order confirmation and receipt of payment.
